Florina-Mondana Neag

Florina-Mondana Neag is  a highly experienced executive, with a consistent professional history  in the  Banking industry and the IT sector, as a certified Data Protection Certified Expert.

Her career in the Banking Sector started  more than 22 years before, initially as Retail Lending  Banking Manager for Credit Agricole Bank (Romania) and after one year as Retail Products Division Director  in the same Bank. After 5  years with Credit Agricole  Bank (Romania) she moved to a major financial organization SSIF IEBA TRUST SA, leading the Stock Exchange and  Derivatives Division, receiving  the accreditation  as Treasury Dealer from National Committee of Movable Assets. Passing 3 years in this financial field, she moved to Banca Românească (actually Exim Bank) as Product Development Director and Head of Private Banking optimizing her skills in Financial Products, Credit Risk, Credit facilities and Lending. In 2018 she decided to  accept a business proposal from her Bank, by expanding her perspective and professional experience,  from financial business area towards compliance area, as DPO leading the GDPR implementation project, Data Privacy Management and Cyber Security program. Finally, in 2020 she joined the Mass Mutual team, as DPO and Data Compliance Lead and part of leadership Team.

Florina-Mondana holds Bachelor and Master degree in Economics and International Science from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest,  bachelor degree in Law from the Law University  Bucharest, Executive MBA  degree in Finance and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield, UK.

As data Protection Expert, Florina has three certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, namely: Certified Information Privacy Professional CIPP, Certified Information Privacy Management CIPM and Certified Information Privacy Technologist CIPT,  and in the cybersecurity area, holds a Masters of Computer Applications from the University of Oxford, UK.

She is fluent in English, German, Italian, French and Greek.
