Dragoș Cozma has joined Genesis Property since the beginning, back in 1999, leading and developing the IT department, continuing to be responsible for the functioning and sustainability of the company’s IT processes (applications, platforms, services). Moreover, Dragoș has been part of the IMMUNE Building Standard™ project since its inception, leading pioneering projects such as the implementation of the AQI system (air quality index), the Green Water system, the Digital Twin Display, the development of the BMS system and the 3D scanning of the buildings in Genesis Property’s portfolio.
Dragoș has a large experience in real estate technology, heading the implementation of all Genesis Property’s FM systems, such as computer added facility management platforms, online booking platform for parking spaces, asset management system through NFCs and barcodes and backend applications like ERP, Visitor Management, Ticketing, Inspection.
Dragoș has a master’s degree from the University of Petroșani, Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Recently, he graduated Siemens Academy’s training course on industrial automation in Bucharest.
