Bogdan is an experienced executive with over 20 years of IT focused leadership and entrepreneurship.
He is currently leading the AI research in IT support services through OptimumDesk the first IT Full Service Management platform. The platform is now resolving autonomously around 40% of customer requests of an IT support center.
Bogdan is also managing the day to day activity of Startech Team (Class IT Group) the biggest Romanian owned IT services & support company.
Bogdan had a major contribution to the development of Internet access in Romania, managing the operations of the second biggest ISP (PCNET) and improving the internet access for millions of Romanian users both in terms of traffic speed and time to access, installing the first root name-server mirror in Bucharest and building RONIX, the first local Inter-exchange network.
Bogdan finalized his engineering master degree in 2002 with University Politehnica in Bucharest. He is also holding an EMBA degree from Kennesaw State University & Asebuss from 2005 is a continuous learned following various executive courses with Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan and Stanford GSB over the last years, mostly focusing on technology entrepreneurship.
