Andreea Ionita
Andreea Ioniță is the Business Digital Director for Europe at CRH, a global leader in building materials solutions. She leads the regional digital transformation agenda, driving business value through data, artificial intelligence, automation, and technology-enabled innovation across Europe.
Her focus is on accelerating commercial growth, operational excellence, and sustainability by embedding digital capabilities into core business processes and decision-making.
With more than 20 years of international leadership experience, Andreea has held senior executive and board-level roles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa with leading organizations including CRH, E.ON, Orange, Vodafone, and Ericsson. She has successfully led large-scale transformation programs, digital innovation initiatives, and business modernization efforts in complex multinational environments.
A recognized thought leader and frequent speaker at industry forums, Andreea is passionate about the role of technology in creating business impact and positive societal change. She is also a committed mentor and advocate for developing future leaders and advancing diversity in technology. She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and has completed executive education programs at IMD, IESE Business School, and Boston University.
