Starting from my own business to Head of Digital Finance Hub at Groupe Renault Romania, I have 20 years of international experience in entrepreneurship, people management and high value projects. Accumulating competences in domains like IS/IT Automotive, Sales, Services and Finance and also during career managing subjects in more than 40 countries and different cultures, I help the organization to produce disruption by digital transformation.
During the last years I’ve invested my time in creating digital mindset, being cofounder of the Digital Passion Club, encouraging innovations or POCs concerning ERPs, SAP4Hana, Generative Artificial Intelligence, smart logistic automatization, e-commerce, paperless, smart Finance, etc, and nevertheless, creating strong teams able to drive the digitalization process inside the organization. That’s how I also successfully built from scratch the new Renault Digital Finance Hub in Romania, an entity reaching to 250 people, working in full Agile . with the latest technologies stack and delivering digital value.
